A bit about me
I am a counsellor close to submission for a Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy & Counselling (BCPC) (www.bcpc.org.uk).
I offer low-cost counselling to anyone over 18 in South Somerset. This is currently at a reduced rate of £30 for a 50-minute session. I also offer a free, up to 20 minute informal discussion by phone.
I believe in our infinite capacity to heal and grow through life’s challenges and that I may be able to help you in that process. As an integrative counsellor my approach is both person-centred and able to draw on other approaches that recognise the uniqueness of yourself and your personal circumstances.
What I offer
I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental space where we work together to help you explore and cope with your problems. This might include short or long-term issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, bereavement, and low self-esteem.
I am a trainee member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP membership number 00992292). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
